Ang Mo Kio HDB Flats Singapore

Introduction: Housing and development board of Singapore has launched third Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) site for sale and the latest is at Ang Mo Kio street 52. The site area of the new flats is about 16,789.1 sq m and is close to the Ang Mo town center and is close to the MRT station, AMK hub and bus interchange. Considering the importance and attractiveness of the location director of marketing and management of Singapore believe that this new site would fetch $170 to $200 per sq ft and the gross income with this flat would be about $110 to $125 millions.

 

There are about 550 flats and block that are up to 36 stories in the new site of HDB flats i.e. the Ang Mo Kio flats. Property analysts believe that this is a best location for selling the flats as it has all the necessary elements within the reach. In the nearby location in the east it has Ang Mo KIO town garden, Ang Mo Kio MRT station and may other host shops.

 

The land has 103- years lease and the developers have to complete the entire Ang Mo Kio flats project within 4 years of and the flats come with the elderly-friendly features which had been a prime concept of new HDB flats. Public are showing keen interest about these flats because they have fittings which are commonly found in private housings such as bay windows, and they are situated in mature estates. Once the entire project has been completed the developers would be handover these flats to HDB for lease admiration and the maintenance of car parking and common areas would be under Town council.

 

There are more than 48000 flats in the Ang Mo Kio area and most of these are of HDB, and they are spacious enough and have bigger car parking space. Ang Mo Kio is modernized and urbanized having latest amenities like electricity, pipe running water, garbage removal, flush running toilets etc., there is also an effective water management system available here which turns the monsoon rains into water reservoirs. Demographically And Mo Kio is less cosmopolitan than other estates because it is one of the older areas of Singapore. The numbering system of Ang Mo Kio is very much different from other estates the even numbered avenues are located in north-south direction where as the odd numbered avenues are at east-west direction.

 

Ang Mo Kio new town in public housing estate of Ang Mo Kio and is the seventh new town built in Singapore. In total the new town of Ang Mo Kio has Ang Mo Kio avenues, Yu Chu Knag road, Nayang polytechnic, Ang Mo Kio industrial park and central express highway.
