To Book a flat under Build- to-order, You need to complete the AHG Request Form which can be obtained from the HDB Reception Counter A at Atrium 1st Storey, HDB Hub, Toa Payoh and submit it together with the documents to prove your two years of continuous employment and income amounts, at the time you book a flat. The documents to be submitted may be Original Pay slips for the last 24 months or Letter from employer with company stamp or CPF Statements for the last 24 months.
If you are a self-employed person, you can produce Income tax assessment for the last 24 months, or statement of annual accounts for the last 2 years. Along with a copy of Identity cards, a copy of birth certificates of your children for proof of relationship, a copy of passports for the non-citizens of Singapore to verify the residential status in Singapore. Copy of Student pass, if you are a student, a copy of marriage certificate or divorce certificate to verify marital status and recent color passport- sized photographs for each applicant and co applicant.
